HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, simply navigate through our E-Store and find your desired item. Select your size ( if applicable ) and click on the “Add to Bag/Cart” tab on the product page. Review your items in our “Mini Cart” at the top of the page and “Proceed to Checkout”. Input your Shipping and Billing Details and click “Place Order Now”.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

In case of an error during order placement, including incorrect address details and/or sizing, contact us on +92 300 4494686 immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. 
Once the order has been processed, Majid Rajput accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Majid Rajput does not have an exchange or return policy currently. However, in an infrequent case that a damaged or faulty item was delivered, you can request assistance by contacting on +92 300 4494686, the team will arrange everything for you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAJID RAJPUT USE?

Majid Rajput offers Cash on Delivery services for customers placing an order within Pakistan. Upon receiving your order, you can simply pay in cash to the delivery agent. 

Prepaid options include direct bank transfer services, which can be opted for for International orders as well as orders placed within Pakistan.
